Objective:
Score the most points by the time the third Catastrophe strikes and the world ends. Points are earned by playing Trait cards to build the strongest, most versatile species.
How to Play:
- Setup:
- Players begin with a hand of Trait cards and a shared deck of community Trait cards and Age cards.
- Shuffle and prepare the Age deck, which determines the progression of rounds and includes hidden Catastrophe cards.
- Gameplay:
- Each round, players draw Trait cards and play one from their hand to enhance their species.
- Trait Cards: These cards add points and may include special abilities or bonuses that can shape your strategy and counter opponents.
- At the end of each round, the Age card is revealed, dictating the rules and conditions for the next round.
- Catastrophes:
- Hidden among the Age cards are Catastrophe Cards, which introduce setbacks and challenges for all players. These force everyone to adapt their strategies and survive until the end.
- When the third Catastrophe strikes, the game ends, and points are tallied.
- Winning:
